The rest of the mini-wedding album

Mini Wedding Album

I'm almost finished with this album, I'm thrilled with how it's turned out so far. My cousin was married last weekend in New York and I was unable to attend the wedding but I thought it would be nice to make a mini-album for the new couple. I found this Jenni Bowlin paper which was perfect since the wedding colors were black and red. I will post more when I get better pictures.

Rebel???

So this past week (mind you it was a full moon) my 2 year old painted her toes black. She had locked herself in our guest room, where I had all of our Halloween costume supplies stored, and gave herself a pedicure with the black nail polish. Fortunately only 4 little spots were on the carpet-which is amazing considering it was running between her tiny toes. What a character!! If you have time, go over to Creative Scrappers, you have until 10 pm est time on Saturday to complete the sketch by Kristine Davidson for the Funtastic sketch contest!!

BG Urban Prairie---Yippee a BG Toot!!

I just found out that my "Shadow Play" page below was accepted onto the Basic Grey Gallery!! Yip Yip!!

I was absolutely thrilled when I went into Michael's the other day (with a 40% coupon) and found paper slabs of Basic Grey in Urban Prairie and Granola. I only bought the Urban Prairie line, I himmed and hawed about the Granola, but I'm just not that wild about it. I love to get a couple of the other lines and I'm crossing my fingers that M's gets them in. Maybe this week with their 50 off coupon--what a steal!! Here's two pages I created with it so far based off of sketches from Creative Scrappers.

For this page I used Sketch #9 again by Cherie Averill--I love this sketch!
This page I used the new sketch by Allison Cope #17
