This has been a good month for me!! If you get a chance go have a peak at their on-line publication! More later--I gotta finish packing for Philly!

I'm going to to try to pop into visit all my on-line friends, but it's a busy, grueling week. I am looking forward to going-it's such a breath of spring, the smell of mulch, earth and sweet flowers, trees, green grass, not to mention all sorts of garden shopping!! I have been doing this for 20 years and I can't imagine not starting my spring with this luxury! Have a great week everyone!

I created this page using PDQ paper. I had just come across it in my LSS and found it to be very artsy and graphic. I wasn't sure what I would do with it, but I am happy with the outcome. This is my middle dd on her 5th birthday.

Your first snow

I just finished this page up--I had this one on the table for a few days, I finally just had to finish it and get it posted. It's based on a sketch by Lucy Chesna from Scrapn'Supply Shack I used Fancy Pants Splendid line for the majority of this and silver Thickers, although they appear gold??

I created this page using a sketch by Debbie Gaydos, I thought it was a great sketch! I used MM's Chole's Closet for this page. TFL

Scrapstreet Feature

I am so excited for my on-line scrap buddy, Kristine Davidson, who started Creative Scrappers in the spring of 2008. This month Scrap Street on-line magazine did a feature article on her sketch success! I joined this site when it first began and being a part of it has certainly helped me improve my scrappy technique and style. I am now serving my second design team term along with many other uber-talented scrappers and sketches! Woo Hoo to you Kristine!! Have a look at this article - I'm excited to be featured in it too!! Thanks!!

Look Who's 1

I created this card quickly for my niece, Lyla, who's turning one on Saturday! I found the adorbale owl template at anna maria horner 's blog. I couldn't pass it up and it was so simple. Thanks for looking!

Creative Scrappers Sketch #37

Here's the page I created using Kristine's sketch #37 over at Creative Scrappers ...I loved this sketch, it has so many possibilities. The journaling reads "My wish for you....Make level paths with your FEET and take only ways that are firm." Proverbs 4:26
I used Sass Lass Happy Place and Cosmo Cricket Get Happy--I guess I should have called it the Happy page :)

Creative Scrappers January Kit

I'm now able to post the pages I created with Creative Scrappers January Kit. I had so much fun playing with these Sass Lass Life at the Pole goodies!
