Sketch #15

This is my take on the Weekly Sketch Challenge over at Creative Scrappers...The sketch is by Lucy Chesna, so fun with the big circle. I changed it up a little by making the photo a circle, but had fun with it. I used Cosmo Cricket's, Jack's World paper line for this page. Fun stuff!!! TFL

Today I had 2 LO's chosen, one for flavor of the week-which is the Sisters page below, at Paper Popsicles and then this one was chosen for Layout of the Day at Creative Scrappers!! I always love getting recognized by the boards and forums that I particpate on, and it just makes my day!! Especially because there are some really talented people on those boards, so it's an honor!!

My 1 Hour Sketch Creation!!

Woo Hoo-hooo :) This page made LO of the week over at Paper Popsicles--which is where I purchased this awesome paper!! What a fun discovery!!

We had another fun hour madly scrapping for Creative Scrappers!! This is what I was able to crank out in the allotted time. I just love this paper, and will probably over use it, but hey, it's cute, it has owls and I just got it, so I can't get enough yet :) !! TFL

1 Hour Sketch Contest!! Tonight!!

Hey everyone, stop on over to Creative Scrappers for their 1 Hour Sketch Contest!! If you participate your name gets entered in for a Daisy D prize!! My New Pink Paislee has Arrived!!!

Finally, I've been drooling over the Vintage Moon Collection, since the first sneak peak!! Paper Popsicles has it as a theme pack for a great price-so I ordered 3 of them along with other must haves :). It shipped on Monday last week, was delivered on Wednesday, so the tracking number said, and today, still no box. Finally, the substitute mailman, said where he delivered it, the house across the street!! Fortunately they weren't home and it was still on their porch, I grabbed the box and created!!! I will post some of my creations shortly!! If you want some of this great new stuff, go to Paper Popsicles, great prices!! You will not be disappointed in this line--AWESOME!!!!!

Way 2 Cool

Sketch #13--This is my take on the Creative Scrapper's sketch this week. This picture is of my oldest nephew, Mason, dressed in cool shades and a funny hat. The kids had so much fun playing with the dress-up stuff. For this LO I used Cosmo Cricket's 'Happy Line' .

So Cal Birthday Cyber Crop!!!

Happy Birthday to you So Cal!! Head on over to SoCal Scrap this weekend for their Birthday Cyber Crop!! There are lots of fun challenges going on, loads of prizes, classes, games and just plain old fun!! So clear your table, get out the adhesive and start cropping!!! Jungle Boy!!!

I knocked out another LO!! I feel like I'm getting my groove back even more, I'm so glad, because I was in a slump. This is of my youngest nephew, who had so much fun trying on my daughter's safari hats. I used SEI's Madera Island for this LO other than the buttons.

B is for Boy

I was able to scrap another boy page!!! This picture is of my oldest nephew, who is an absolute whiz on the monkey bars. The journaling reads "Mason on the monkey bars, all boy for sure and maybe part monkey too!" I used 3 Bugs in a Rug for this page.

NO Title Challenge

I created this LO for a sketch contest at Creative Scrappers. The challenge was to create a LO without a title (which is easy for me, because I don't like coming up with a title). The sketch is by Kristine Davidson. I used a large collection of flowers, buttons and goodies at the bottom and the paper is Sassafras Lass and Fresh Paint. TFL

Tanner

My nephews were with us for a couple of days and I was able to get some great pictures of them. I thought this picture was so cute of my youngest nephew, Tanner, who had so much fun on the sliding board-I caught him in action!! I used Cosmo Cricket, Jack's World for this page.

New Banner!!!

I am so excited, my friend Kristine Davidson from Creative-Scrappers designed my awesome new banner. One try and she had it perfectly designed just for me!! I asolutely love, love, love it!! I'm amazed at her talent!! Thanks Kristine!!!!

I created this LO for a SMILE Challenge over at Urban Anthology. We were to scrap something that makes us smile, I decided to scrap my gardens!!
